Joining TOPS is Pennsylvania's White Birds at 19 with the lo-fi pop/rock genius of 'Waters' off their debut album, When Women Played Drums as well as Knoxville's Yung Life at 22 with their electro driven new single 'Isn't This' from and the new Vagrant signing California Wives at 23 with the familiar sounding but infectious 'Marianne'.
